Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account, clicking to accept these terms or using ReachCrew (the "service"), you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Who can use ReachCrew

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. The service is intended for businesses and professional use. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with the laws that apply to you.

3. The service

ReachCrew helps you connect LinkedIn accounts, import leads, build and run outreach sequences, manage replies in a shared inbox and measure results. Features, limits and supported integrations are described on our website and may change over time.

We work to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every third-party change. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

4. Your account and workspace

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the people you invite to a workspace.

Workspace owners control who can access a workspace and what each person can do. If you invite someone as an owner, member or viewer, make sure you have the right to give them access to the information in that workspace.

5. LinkedIn and third-party platforms

LinkedIn is an independent third party. ReachCrew is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn, and we do not control LinkedIn's systems, limits or enforcement decisions. Your use of LinkedIn is governed by LinkedIn's own terms and policies, including its User Agreement and Professional Community Policies.

ReachCrew automates actions on LinkedIn accounts that you connect. You are responsible for how those accounts are used, including the messages you send, the people you contact and the rate at which you contact them. LinkedIn may restrict, suspend or close an account, and we cannot guarantee that an account will remain in good standing. You agree to comply with LinkedIn's terms and any limits it sets.

6. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Plans and prices

Plans, prices and included features are shown on the pricing page. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise, and may be subject to taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes other than taxes on our income.

Automatic renewal

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price, until you cancel. By starting a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on each renewal.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. You must keep your payment method up to date. If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend access until the balance is paid. We may charge reasonable costs associated with recovering unpaid amounts where the law allows.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@reachcrew.com or through any cancellation controls we make available. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will keep access until then. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused features or downgrades.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days' notice before the change applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Plan limits

Each plan includes limits on accounts, features or usage. We may measure usage and enforce those limits. If you need more, you can upgrade your plan or contact us about a custom plan.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Send unlawful, misleading, harassing, hateful or unsolicited messages, or contact people who have asked you not to.
• Violate LinkedIn's terms, applicable anti-spam laws, privacy laws or any other law.
• Scrape, copy or harvest data in a way that is not authorized by the platform or the people concerned.
• Bypass account limits, usage limits or security measures, or use multiple accounts to evade them.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense or copy the service, except as permitted by law.
• Upload malware, interfere with the service or attempt to access another customer's data.
• Infringe intellectual property, publicity or privacy rights.

We may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

8. Your data and leads

You keep ownership of the leads, messages, notes and other content you upload or create in the service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit and display that content as needed to provide the service, to support you and to comply with the law.

You represent that you have the rights, permissions and lawful basis needed to upload lead data and to contact those people. Where you use the service to contact leads, you are the controller of that personal data and ReachCrew acts as your processor, as described in our Privacy Policy. You must honor opt-outs and do-not-contact requests.

We may remove content that we reasonably believe violates these terms or the law. You can export your data while your account is active. After your account closes, we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where we are required to keep it.

9. AI-generated content

Some features use AI to suggest or tailor content. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or similar to content generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing everything before you send it and for the final message that goes out. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate or achieve any particular result.

10. Intellectual property

The service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos and trademarks, is owned by ReachCrew or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription, subject to these terms. You may not use our branding without permission.

If you give us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation.

11. Third-party services

The service relies on third parties such as LinkedIn, Stripe and Google Fonts. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and we do not control their availability, accuracy or security.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including the number of connection requests accepted, replies received, meetings booked, leads generated or revenue earned. You are responsible for how you use the service and for complying with the rules of the platforms you connect.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReachCrew will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption, arising out of or relating to the service or these terms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of those damages.

Our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service or these terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) US$100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

14. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ReachCrew and its officers, employees and agents from claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of the service, your breach of these terms or your violation of another person's rights or applicable law.

15. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these terms, do not pay, create risk for us or others, or if we are required to do so by law. Where practical, we will give you notice and a chance to fix the issue.

When your access ends, your right to use the service stops. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including sections on data, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and governing law, will continue to apply.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ReachCrew is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You and ReachCrew agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.

Before starting a formal claim, you agree to contact us at hello@reachcrew.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the date above. If a change is material, we will give you reasonable notice by email or in the service. If you continue to use the service after the change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.

18. General

These terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and ReachCrew about the service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Notices to us should be sent to the email address below.
